Worst experience ever. Been a long time user of them. Last few years, Phone calls not returned. Tax audit meeting, they are a no show. Was recommended by Revenue Canada agent to work with other accounting firm. Since I changed accounting firm, filing has gone much better. I highly do not recommend this accounting firm. They cost me thousands in lost taxes due to their incompetency
