These guys should have a negative 10 star for they are a joke. Mike sells ebikes and claim warranty but never honor it when customer needs it. Ask around and you will find out they are shady. Poor quality no name brands ebikes that are over priced and they can't even do the repairs. Mike the salesman who claims to be the tech is a simply con artist. Every customer that purchased an ebike has regretted it. They are super nice right up to when you hand over payment then they treat you poorly. I purchased an electric scooter from them and it needed warranty work, side kickstand weld bent off, and he charged me 165 before I could take my electric scooter back. DO NOT go here, go to E-Ride London where I got my new Motorino electric scooter that was cheaper and 1st class quality with a 5 year warranty.
