Always seem to be thinking up new ways to line their pockets with your money. Recently switched to Ignite and my first bill since switching is for 2 months -- all of Sept. and Oct. It is only Oct. 7. Why am I being forced to pay for a month of services that I haven't used yet? Canada needs to get off the pot and allow more competition into the market so we're not forced to choose between 2 huge companies whose only concern is profit at the expense of customers.

Called to let them know that I was moving Nov27 and still Don’t have Internet at my new house... It’s already been a week...not very good customer service considering I called them long before I moved and set everything up so I wouldn’t have to go through this... I guess it’s time for a change

I'd give zero stars if I could went in to get a phone unlocked and they told me it wasn't their problem and told me I had to go to another store to pay to get my phone unlocked. Never will I go there again or become a rogers customer. Very very poor customer service
