Oxford Gardens provides an elegant, functional, social, kind, and safe home. During Covid in particular, I have been overwhelmed with gratitude with the efforts taken to keep everyone safe. I’m so happy my dad can call Oxford Gardens home. Peace of mind for me knowing he is so well cared for and safe! Thank you ️

When I knew it was time to find a bit more help in day to day living, I knew exactly who to call and where I needed to go. Having toured Oxford Gardens, in Woodstock ON., it was a natural fit. Even in this crisis, the staff met all my expectations. No need to worry anymore about anything! I was home !!!

Jeff is simply fantastic and really goes out of his way to make you feel at ease with the whole transition. My mom and her partner are very happy so far and iam sure they will love all the activities and amenities even more as they start exploring their new surroundings.

Since visiting Chartwell Oxford Gardens as a Footcare nurse for the past 7 months, I continue to enjoy the time I spend there. The staff, in all areas of this home, are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve watched them interacting with families and residents noting that they are professional and genuine with each person. The covid protocols are in place and followed closely. This is a safe and comfortable home to live in.

Moved my mom in October 9. Moving out of her home of 49 years was hard and the first two weeks of isolation were tough with her cognitive issues but she seems to be adapting gradually now that she has been able to move about and go down for meals. Jeff Rikley was amazing to deal with during the leasing process and was incredibly helpful with assisting in the physical move of furniture on the day of moving. There are undoubtedly some bumps in the road yet with mom but after months of worry I am finally able to sleep at night knowing that she is safe and well cared for.
