Walked into this place today, and it was completely empty, except for the receptionist, and the doctor, who was standing next to her. I asked to be seen, as it's a walk in. They said they couldnt do a walk in today because its Tuesday. I asked if I could just book an appointment, they said they were booked solid all day. I looked around again at the empty waiting room, and the doctor who was standing there with his hands behind his back, and realized that even tho they had nothing to do, they would not help me.

The physiotherapist was very good in explaining my issues and how to fix them, and the new female massage therapist was very thorough, I felt that I was well taken care of. And the clinic was able to find me time slots that worked with my schedule so I didn’t have to wait to be seen.
Great First Impression of this facility....I have my first initial visit and the doctor calls me day before to schedule for almost 2 weeks after....because and i quote \the doctor will be leaving early that day\ I understand person, work and other related issues to have to leave work early...but I just moved to the area have 2 small children and in need of a physician that is reliable! Not someone who is going to cancel at the 24 hour mark before my appointments. I would recommend SOOOO many other doctors that are professional and reliable then wasting your time here.
Called 3 times this morning to cancel my mom’s appointment and no one answered. When I called the 4th time some Indian women receptionist picked up and when I told her I had to cancel because my mom was sick and couldn’t make it she just started going off saying I should’ve have canceled before & how it was my fault and she did not bother asking if my mother was okay instead she was being disrespectful on the phone the whole time. She was very rude and selfish the entire phone call
Great place to attend. Injured from an accident. Always feel better after treatment. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
