Only problem, wish I had found them sooner. They are not only reliable, knowledgable and well experienced but also have a great team and offer great service. They came to my shop on short notice, did everything I needed and didn't make me waste money on things I did not need. Will definitely be working with them again! Thanks UTS

Amazing, its not often you get service like this. I called UTS for an emergency repair and they came the same day! Once they arrived, I hit them with so many other issues I was putting off and they were able to fix them all. The best part was the were so reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Best service Ive received from a contractor. Called UTS Group on Saturday due to my house lock breaking. Techanican Val came within 2 hours and was very professional. He explained the issue and he removed ,provided and installed all new hardware. UTS Group provided me with with quote before sending techanican and price was fair and also was no a dollar more than what was quoted to me. Its hard to find as trustworthy people in this industry. Will definitely recommend/ use UTS Group in the future.

5 Stars across the board for UTS Group. They truly understand the meaning of customer service and quality assurance! From the moment I sent off my inquiry, Kimberly responded promptly and was very communicative and assisted me in figuring out what would work with my business (TIFTPA). Andre (General Manager) sent over a stellar proposal that was thorough from what the company is about, info about the equipment and the quoted price was absolutely competitive. For what I got, I thought it would be more. They were able to get an installation team in a few days after signing off on the quote and this team comprising Anthony and Ben were beyond accommodating, informative, efficient and fast. They were really friendly and took the time to explain everything that was happening and above all, helped us to use our new security system efficiently and effectively. If we weren't pampered enough by this, we received a visit from Gabe (I believe a manager as well) who checked in on us as they neared the end of the installation to ensure we were happy with everything which we most definitely were! When it was all said and done, our school is now secured thanks UTS Group and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring security needs! Thanks again Andre, Kimberly, Anthony, Ben, Gabe and everyone at UTS Group! Cheers! - D

Very unreliable product they installed Locks they installed is not for commercial use They charge me almost 250 for repair for the lock which they installed a month ago
