I have so many AMAZING things to say to the team over at Pioneer Family Pools in Vaughan. Dave, Fahim and Tony are the BEST. I purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub earlier in 2020 and I really had no clue what I was doing. A friend recommended me to the Pioneer Family Pools Team and I will be forever grateful to all of them. They have helped me feel confident about maintaining my hot tub. They always are so welcoming and friendly, and so willing to help me out. They all truely go above and beyond with helping me try to trouble shoot and figure out solutions for me so that my children and I can enjoy the tub. They are a true example of customer service. I didn't even purchase my hot tub from them, yet each one of them always explains and writes down exactly what I need to do to correct my hot tub and get my chemicals in check - and I get this amazing print out of my water results. They take time out of their busy days to make sure I don't leave before fully understanding what I need to do - step-by-step. I want a Pioneer Family Pools sticker to put on my hot tub:) I give my highest recommendation to Pioneer Family Pools and Spa store, but an extra shout out to the friendliest and most helpful and kind people in the customer service industry I've come across in a long time. We put in a pool in June 2016 and totally transformed our backyard. On the day we decided to start getting quotes, I reached out to a few referrals and I also went online to check out some bigger companies and get quotes from them as well. I sent a request to get a quote by text from the Pioneer website and within a few hours I was contacted by Twain. We had a short exchange by text where he immediately set out the expectation for a price point and set an appointment for him to come out and see the property. Twain is extremely professional, friendly, courteous and most importantly on time. In fact, he was early for the appointment and completely prepared. His knowledge of the bylaws, the area, etc blew us away. He was the first quote we received and to be completely honest, he was not the lowest, but you get what you pay for and we are extremely satisfied with the pool and service we received from Twain and his entire team and 100% recommend them. If you are getting a quote for a pool, one thing to remember is all the little extra costs that add up. Ie. Taking down part of the fence, reinstalling it, permit, gas, electrical, etc, etc. Twain was upfront in letting us know about these costs as well as what was included in his quote and what was not, so that we could make an informed decision. Twain also told us about digging around the pool for drainage and adding a well (all included in his initial quote) which none of the other companies who came out to quote us even mentioned. So far, we’ve had to pump that well several times during the thaws and its scary to think of the damage that could have happened if we didn’t have the drainage or well in place. Everything was transparent in terms of dates/timing and they lived up to their word. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with how our pool turned out. We recommend Twain and the entire team at Pioneer Vaughan. Their service, professionalism, and attention to detail is second to none. -Carmela & Tommy

We originally met Dave at the Brampton location where we purchased our first pool and now followed him to Vaughan to continue using his services. He's absolutely fantastic to work with!
