I have been waiting 2 months for delivery. The promised date has long past. No one bothered to contact me. When I contacted NewAge I received conflicting and confusing information. Evidently, they have limited ability to communicate with their delivery company. The company has threatened to deliver on days I have told them I am not at home and ultimately did not show up on the (much delayed) day they scheduled. NewAge has been of no help. Update - my cabinet set finally arrived and it is wonderful. No quality issues and no parts missing!
I was interested in putting garage flooring in my finished garage and wanted a good quality product. I found New Age online and found a sale in progress. I called and spoke to Omkar and he verified the prices listed on the style I was looking at. He made it easy and explained every step of the ordering process. I appreciated he took the time to make sure I understood and verified payment. He also gave me a timeline for delivery.
Customer service for items damages in transit was terrible. They would not provide a replacement for a cabinet that had significant fork lift damage. In addition, there are cosmetic issues with the finish in several doors - they originally said they would provide replacements but ultimately only would give a touch up kit. If you are in any way picky or want a quality looking job do not deal with this company as it is not worth the headache. In process of trying now to return everything for a full credit, but they are not very responsive.
We had an excellent design consultation with Vishakha in creating our new bar cabinet. She did everything in working with us and to help create the best price as well. Can't wait to get it all installed and enjoy our new room.
