I always have a positive experience here. The vet is very transparent and is one of the only vets I have met that will speak to you directly over the phone. Staff are knowledgable and friendly.

The staff at Napa Valley Hospital seem to be very nice. I took my dog there after her leg had been trapped by the door and she wasn't putting it down. Then I took her for heartworm test and treatment prevention. The medication and treatment went well. I had her groomed there as well and the groomer does a beautiful job!

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. They booked an appointment for the next day to see my puppy since he had an ear infection and his regular veterinary clinic wouldn't see him right the way. My puppy is doing just fine and he found a new clinic to go to whenever he's in needs.

We’ve got our lovely Maya few days before Christmas Holidays and were thinking about taking her to our previous Puppy’s Vet BUT unfortunately Maya got hurt playing in the backyard; her eye was really swollen and we got scared and started calling every Vet’s Hospital nearby. They were all closed for the Holidays. I tried calling Napa Valley Animal Hospital they were also closed BUT who answered the phone? It’s was the Dr himself!! He advised me on what to do with Maya and where to take her. I was extremely impressed with his response. I couldn’t believe he answered my phone call. I was really desperate looking for help. Since that moment I decided that he was gong to be Maya’s Vet!i I highly Recommend Him!
