Hi \u200d️ I called Friday February 26, 2021 Kampen Company my freezer stopped working I wanted to know how long will it take to have specialist come out ? I was scheduled for Monday March 1st I was very pleased. At 12:45 pm Monday Edward, showed up told me I need new fan and he had with him. In about 1 hour freezer was working I was so pleased. I highly recommend this company from the moment I phoned talk to nice lady Cheryl, and meeting Edward, a specialist and very professional, organized neat made no mess I was happy. This wasn’t the first time I’ve called this company they specialize with sub zero appliances very knowledgeable. I’m a very pleased customers and the fee for work done was reasonable. Jenny

Kampen came in to look @ my WOLF oven door last summer, it wasn't secured correctly the first time and they returned recently to correct it. The staff is professional and courteous. They listened to my concerns and provided a reasonable solution. I highly recommend this company.
Christian was fantastic and was not satisfied until the job was done properly. The women booking appointments were friendly, helpful and professional. Kampen sets the standard for other companies. They come when they said the would and were clean and a pleasure to deal with.
The service person who came to look at my oven, Peter was excellent. Very helpful and cared about ensuring I got the best service possible. I had an issue with regards to the invoicing and called in. I explained to one customer service rep about the issue and was told a manger would call me back. Manager forgot to call me and the charge was put through. I then emailed the manager who replied promptly and we spoke on the phone shortly thereafter. Brandon (the manager) was absolutely great. He explained how crazy busy it had been and apologized for not calling back earlier. He rectified everything and left a very positive impression. I would certainly recommend them, and will definitely use them again. 5 Stars for sure.
