Can't recommend Drumland enough. Very patient in answering questions, showing the gear, letting us try the gear, etc. No pressure to buy, but we often do! Always feel welcome walking in to the store. Two thumbs up.

For last two years I was searching for Ludwig Evolution Maple 7 ps shell pack. Short lived but with great reviews, this kit was hard to find in 7 pieces set. Drumland promised to find it for me, and they did. With easy financing and free shipping, they were the way to go. Thank you John (and the rest of the staff).

First time in the store on the weekend and was made comfortable. John and Leo both helped me get exactly what I was looking for. More concerned about getting me the right gear than trying to upsell me on something else. Nice shop.

People usually do not replace their drum sets often. After having played the drums for over 40 years and owning a handful of acoustic and electronic kits the time has arrived by December 2020 for getting a new neighbor-friendly kit. Although I did my homework of thoroughly researching and benchmarking all eligible kits and drum modules on the market by going through many on-line reviews and customer opinions as well as talking to many sales people at all leading musical instrument retailers, nothing could assist better in making my final decision than my discussions with John at Drumland. He was intimately familiar with every minute aspect of pros/cons of all alternatives as well the valuable or negligible options each brand/model offered. We compared the stick-feel on various rubber cymbal types and mesh head layers, practicality of tom sizes, freedom of layout permitted by the hardware, durability, quality, reliability, serviceability, and the list goes on. John approached this with the mindset of searching for the optimum solution on my behalf. He also wanted to find the most suitable double pedal, hi-hat stand, and snare stand combo that would meet my needs. He never tried to upsell. On top of these, he was able to beat all competitors' prices. John responded to every email and phone message promptly as well as updated me regularly on the expected delivery. John's customer care did not end with the payment; he even followed up on how successful I was setting up the kit and whether any help would be needed. Andrew and the others (all of them are drummers) at Drumland were also very professional and went the extra mile to cater to my needs. Can I expect more? Hardly. But I know I can expect the same VIP treatment when the time comes again for any future steps toward expanding my drum kit and accessories - so I already know who to turn to.

Great shop. JD will do what is required to help you with what you need. This is the only place I go for drum gear, JD and his staff are always ready to help, heading there tomorrow to pick up some new gear for my home quarantine style videos. Give this small shop a chance, I drive from Scarborough to buy sticks from Drumland...
