I have been taking my 3 puppies here for almost two years. Alessia and her team make my dogs feel so welcome I will never take them elsewhere. Not only do they do an amazing job they taught me how to properly care for my one dog that constantly gets matted so I can be a better fur parent. Absolutely would recommend everyone. 10/10

Amazing customer service! Very friendly and clean, they always come back looking and smelling great and as happy as ever! The staff are welcoming and answered all of my questions! I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else - highly recommend!
Really upset about my Yorkie’s recent grooming. I’ve had him groomed elsewhere before and I wanted to try somewhere new. I sent a picture and gave her specific instructions since it was my first time there. She shaved him down completely. You can see pink skin underneath and it’s winter. His ears are huge and his body is shaved with random patches. He looked nothing like the picture. She said he was matted in a few spots and instead of combing him she just shaved him down. I comb him daily and a few knots was never an issue with the prior groomer. With the other place his hair was so silky and combed. Here she spent less then an hour with him and didn’t even bathe him properly. So disappointed!! Your level of workmanship is as immature as your response below. That is why you were not able to provide my puppy with the hair cut I requested. I will not edit my review as you’ve insisted I should, so I understand your frustration. Rest assured I will continue to support small business in my community that I would be willing to recommend to others. Unfortunately yours is not one of them. I wish you luck.
First time bringing my pup Charlie in today and he looks absolutely adorable! The owner was very easy to speak to over the phone. I had called a few times with different questions and she was very accommodating and picked up every time while other grooming salons failed to do so. I am inexperienced in the dog grooming world as my mother always took care of this for Charlie and we recently lost her. In saying this, I really appreciated this amazing first experience. Charlie seemed calm and well behaved when I picked him up. She did amazing finishing touches such as a super cute animal print bandana and even a little discount on his teeth brushing. I also appreciated the convenient text I recieved when he was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, my husband and I are moving to Milton in a few weeks. We still will have our condo for rent in Vaughan though, so when I am in the area, I will definitely be coming again with Charlie! Thanks so much for the fantastic service :)
