It was my first time at this salon, I just loved the place, it’s huge, cozy, clean! the ambiance, decor, service, the staff are so nice, professional and friendly! I love Rosalies work, I knew her from another salon but I moved with her. I’m very pick but she gets it right every time. She puts love and passion on her work. I got my hair cut and my blow dry with her this morning! She has magical touch and so efficient, professional! If you want to fall in love againbook yourself an appointment! They have all services, hair, nails, facials! I have booked my next two appointments already and can’t wait for my highlights next time.

Absolutely in love. Every single time I see Jennifer I end up looking like I just walked off a magazine (or at least I feel so lol) her cuts are invisible, and she has a green thumb to say the least. I never leave reviews, but after 5 years of loyalty it’s only right I do so !!

Atmosphere was outstanding!! The minor details to decor and making the place look like you stepped into Spring was so lovely! Such a beautiful salon! Went in to get my balyage updated and a trim (after 1 year of not seeing a hair stylist). Julie was very inviting, nice to talk to, and professional! And of course an amazing stylist! My hair never looked so good! She even gave me suggestions to update my hairstyle a bit which looks great. She's also very observant and detailed. I showed her 2 pictures to reference some ideas for the colour and the end result was spot on. Also for someone whose been trying to grow my hair but had a ton of split ends she was very mindful of that and didnt take too much off the length while also making my hair feel soft and healthy! Thank you so much Julie you were so sweet! Cant wait for my next appointment with you! Oh and they also do literally everything besides hair to make you look great! Nails, eyebrows, extensions, etc. Its a huge salon! :)

Today was my first appointment at Define Hair Studio and I honestly had an incredible experience! The salon itself is so beautiful and the staff there are so friendly and welcoming. Rosalie did an absolutely incredible job on my hair ... I'm actually obsessed! She is so kind, professional, and her skill exceeds expectations. I'm so excited for my next appointment and I highly recommend this salon to anyone who's looking for an overall amazing experience.

I don't have words to describe this place , they will make you feel like you're at home, they will make you feel like you're part of like a sisters group where everyone loves you and tries to do whatever it takes to get the results that you were expecting.I do everything with them eyebrows manicure pedicure hair and Never left this place disappointed, and the nail technician Pheonix ??
