I love this place! Especially now with their new outside dining area. I know it's super cold nowadays, but trust me they have prepared this outside patio really well. Tall glass is around the booths to keep wind out and they have very large heaters as well. The service was amazing, friendly and accommodating. I tried their stake and it was super delicious with the right amount of cooking for medium rare. Potatoes were also mashed beautifully. It is a pricier restaurant, but worth it for a date night or an event.

I’ve seen a bunch of negative reviews as of late but I wanted to make note that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Chop Steakhouse in Etobicoke. There was an issue with the online ordering portal, where something I ordered wasn’t actually available, and then Freddy called and exceeded all expectations. Not only did they upgrade my meal, they threw in free dessert and app! He came and personally delivered it. For those of you interested in a nice Valentine’s dinner or takeout, go to chop.ca and order !
Best thing was the heated patio! It was a cold night and I brought 3 layers not knowing how warm the patio would be. It was quite hot, I would have been fine in a t-shirt! The steaks were cooked perfectly, server was friendly, and the ambiance was nice! Overall a great night!
I was not happy with my with my shrimp Linguine today..it was really acidic tasting. However the hospitality was top notch. I was so pleased by the effort to make our experience an amazing one. Thank you soo much. We will definitely come back and try other items on the menu.
