Delicious, romantic, family approach. Excellent service, I never been in Italy, but I was feeling that spirit everywhere in this place . Open concept, lots of room to give you privacy. Professional staff and very quick service. Food was excellent and served like art dishes. Thank you for the owner Patricia for the personal approach. Decently will be back!

First time at Castello and received such great service and hospitality. The dishes that were served was to our expectations and quality. I received such unique plating that i have never seen anywhere else and to be greeted by the owner was beyond this word. Bar far the best Italian dining experience. I highly recommend this beautiful high quality dining experience. a in my books!
Thank you for the incredible dinner, drinks and service. The food is delicious and not overly spiced, so all the flavors came through. Very nice presentation of dishware. Everyone there was separated it a greater distance then recommend, through government guidelines.
It was amazing experience . We decided to celebrate a birthday Party in somewhere new and guess what it was among top 10 restaurants in Vaughan city. All my family gave around 5 or 4.5 and we have all ages ranges! So all were happy by quality food, excellent customer service, restaurant leaders were trying to do all they can to make sure not only us happy but all who were in restaurant. Was BEYOND impressed by the level of service and family vibe this place had. We had come here for the very first time post lockdown and I was in absolute awe of the stunning modern decor that they had whilst still maintaining an authentic Italian experience in its cuisine. When you walk in you feel like you are in a fine dining establishment (which reflects in the food), but the owner and her family were so warm and welcoming that it makes you feel like you are eating at home. We felt safe and comfortable as soon as we walked in and you can tell they went to great lengths to make every single guest feel comfortable. I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Can’t wait to go again!
Came here in December before lock down was happening in Vaughn. Was truly disappointed in this place, the only reason I gave it a two star was because of our one server who was amazing but the rest of the staff was not. Upon arriving we weren't greeted by any staff as we noticed it was busy and I was fine with it. I did make a prior reservation on OpenTable and called the restaurant before arriving to make sure that the reservation was still in place. They then told me to ignore open table and that if i would like I would have to make another reservation which is half an hour after my original reservation. Which I did, I was then finally seated 20 minutes later to receive a phone call from the restaurant saying my table was ready and if I wanted my original open table seats. It then went downhill from there, to delays from the kitchen, the food tasted mediocre and the management was horrible. Overall not coming again and felt bad for our server who served us in a parking lot.
We had a very lovely family dinner on International women’s day. The food and service was outstanding. Will definitely come back again. Big thanks to Mary for the hospitality and kindness!
Went last night. They said we had 1.5 hours to eat but ended up staying longer because the food took a while to come out. I was not impressed with the gnocchi as it was very hard. They also didnt offer paramseasn and pepper and i had to wait for a server to ask. The appetizers were enjoyable but we werent a fan of the mains. Most likely would not return.
