We finally celebrated my daughter's wedding last weekend and I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the wonderful shopping experience I had from the moment I walked in to the day I picked up my gown! The entire staff was so great and always so helpful and my gown was absolutely incredible! From the moment my daughter and I came in we were so impressed not only with all the beautiful gowns, but also with all the care taken in helping me choose my gown and for Antoniette's meticulous attention to every detail during my alteration fittings! Antoniette Catenacci Haute Couture is a blessing!! I wish I would have known about them when I was first married 25 years ago. Buying my original wedding dress 25 years ago was the worst experience and was not pleasurable at all. This year marked our 25th wedding anniversary and we wanted to renew our vows. I’m so grateful for Antoniette and her staff as I was now able to experience that moment that every bride hopes and dreams for. Every appointment I was made to feel like a queen, and it was amazing to see my dress being made from scratch to fit perfectly on me. The way they go about creating a masterpiece is exactly how it’s supposed to be done (they start with a muslin cloth version first). It was so exciting to see it come together. They were so helpful with also choosing my accessories. They even made a mask to match my dress (since it is COVID). I loved the result and it was perfect in every way! I felt beautiful and confident. I definitely will be going back to Antoniette Catenacci Haute Couture for all future outfits I may need. I’m so grateful for all of you!

My wedding was this past October and all things considered it was a beautiful event and one we will all look back on with fond memories. However there was one particular aspect that will always be a stain on the day. My mother-in-law was so looking forward to her beautiful dress. I even went with her to her (one and only) fitting. My mother in-law was excited but nervous during the fitting, which was about a month before the big day. But the design consultant assured her she had been in this business “a long time”. At the end of that fitting we were told that the dress would be ready to pick up THREE DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. And so we asked if we could come in sooner to try on the dress again and assure that the alterations were approximately done and again we were assured (by the owner) that the alteration would be prefect. Sure enough, three days before the wedding we picked up the dress, tied it in at the salon- and it was nowhere near a “good” or even acceptable fit. The owner was not there that day and when we told the receptionist that the dress did I not fit, she responded by telling us, “there was no one there who could make alterations”. And that was the end of that story, the ONLY advise was to use double sided tape to “hold it up”. If this was a member of your family on such an important moment in your life, would this be the kind of experience you would expect from such an establishment? On the wedding day the event coordinator and grooms aunt were helping her pin up her dress because the double sudden tape could not hold up the heavily beaded dress. Long story short- NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Ill fitted dress and NO APPROPRIATE action from the consultants and staff.

I wanted to write this review based on the incredible experience I had at Antoniette's stunning boutique! Upon arrival, I was asked to step into these individual/disposable shoe protectors that stick to the bottom of your shoes for the duration of your time spent in the store. They also ask that you use the washroom to wash your hands prior to starting your experience. Needless to say, their COVID precautions are on point! I was very impressed with the items that had been pre-picked for me (following our telephone conversation about my needs). When I arrived the items were hanging by the change room ready to be fitted. I have been to a LOT of bridal and gown boutiques in the city and nothing compared to the experience and customer service I had here. Antoniette and her staff made kind suggestions and offered their true and honest opinions when asked about different colour selections and styles. I would give this review 10 stars if I could. I felt beautiful, respected and most importantly, taken care of as if I were shopping for a dress in Paris or Italy. Thank you Antoniette & your incredible team. I can't wait to wear your beautiful pieces at my upcoming pageant!
