I went here to get a good workout and it was awesome. It's a little far from where my in laws are but it's worth a try. All the ladies were accommodating. It's my 1st class so it was free. Which was awesome! The energy was great! Bree, the instructor was real and pushed us so good. I love how the studio use natural and non toxic handsoap and cleanser too. And they use little towels instead of having paper towels! #zerowaste and #cleanbeauty! Thumbsup!
Janelle on Mondays is my favourite! Very clean and modern, classes are well run. Can get pricey so best to buy when they have package sales!
I’m not someone who really enjoys group classes and usually find them really cheesy but this was different. Being surrounded by people while I exercise, makes me feel really insecure. At WPG Cycle, I never felt that way. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and music helped me concentrate and put me in a trance where I could really push myself. Konrad was also such a fun and energetic instructor! After the class, he asked us to take a group photo with him. I’ve never seen so many sweaty people that excited to take a photo! Haha I’m obsessed!
