I'm not happy with your service, you have my component from my sound system Wired by Design installed. Last year (2017) your company picked up my Nuvo sound system and never returned it and never gave an update as to what was wrong with it. Your not returning my calls or emails after many months of attempts to contact you,. Hopefully you will respond to this format of reaching you. You know who I am, as I have made several attempts to reach you and each attempt including emails and phone messages have been ignored. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue I wish to amicably resolve this. Thank you
