Great place with a very friendly community of people. They are doing their best to work with Covid restrictions and have had some big updates if you haven't been there in the past year. A lot of love here - Check this place out!

I didn’t actually get a chance to climb here however I had the opportunity to take a look around. The facility is definatley on the older side however it looks like they have been trying to make a few improvements. The holds could probably use an upgrade as well. The bouldering area at the back looked pretty fun however the mats look like they need some love. I hope this facility continues to make updates as it seems like it has a pretty psyched crew of members.

The staff at Vertical Adventures are welcoming and knowledgeable, and it's a great community to be part of. Climbing there has always been a great experience, however now with all the new improvements and love that has gone into upgrading the facility, it is top-notch! There is always a fun new route to try and endless options with their bouldering areas, rope climbing and auto-belays. I am still a beginner and there's always a fun challenge and new skill to learn each time I'm there, and I can always ask for help because everyone is so friendly! The gym is awesome for newbies and experienced climbers alike.

Finally had a chance to do some climbing at the new look gym and have some one on one training. It was good to be able to refresh and upgrade some techniques. It's been painted nicely with lots of light, they had fun with multiple murals drawn out. Noticed a "speed run" with lights on the top in the front roping area. Spent my time in the bouldering area at the back end of the gym, sure missed it. The gym at at the top is getting updated too, always work to do. Looks great and I can't wait till we have 25% and more capacity allowed. Be fun seeing the climbers that I've met here over the years.

VA was great before the shutdown, and now it's a high-class climbing experience. They have put a huge amount of work into the building and it couldn't look better. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and excited. So do yourself a favour and go for a climb.

Have been going to vertical adventures for years with my son. Staff are awesome and so are the other climbers. They are continuously changing climbing obstacles in order to keep things interesting and challenging. They ensure that there is enough different climbs for beginners to more experienced.

Great birthday party place for kids and adults! Good rates! Young but experienced staff that was good at answering my questions and showing me the ropes. Oh yeah, the kids had a blast! The party room was a bit of a mess when we got up there but the space works great.

I initially visited Vertical Adventures for a one-on-one private coaching lesson with Dylan when they re-opened due to COVID restrictions in March 2021, and it was a fun learning experience! I have since become a monthly member and am loving the frequent visits to the gym and being able to watch and learn from other climbers. There are lots of different climbing walls for all skill levels and offering various challenges. There are bouldering areas with new padding, climbs with auto belay and top rope climbs. The entire gym has been freshly painted and updated and looks great! I liked the various murals on the walls as well. You can rent climbing shoes and harnesses here or bring your own. I love that they frequently change the routes to make things interesting and add new challenges. Dylan offered some helpful tips and encouragement during my lesson and I felt empowered and strong afterwards. The climbing staff and community are a very welcoming and friendly bunch of people and I thoroughly enjoy the community aspect of climbing as well and learning from others. With COVID, you must book your spot online before coming. There are a variety of time slots during each day. The monthly memberships are very reasonably priced (around 60) which gives you unlimited access to the gym (it is worth it if you go at least once a week). They also offer 10 pass punch cards or you can pay individually for each visit. VA is a great indoor climbing gym!
