Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely Gold Standard service. A warranty repair was attended to without any fuss and for the other wear and tear item that was out of warranty the rate was very reasonable. In both instances it was same day service. Super impressed. Thoro-Vac is a Canadian made product. Well built and extremely quiet.

Good experience. Staff is experienced and did not pressure us to buy anything we didn't want. Murray (the salesperson who helped us) was excellent and honest. He narrowed down on what we needed quickly and have us a few options to pick from. Thanks for the good service.
