Any post that says this place has good service is fake. I live right down the street (walking distance). The service is so bad here I literally came into the store waited for about 15 - 20 mins without being helped and left. I just went home and ordered from D9 online. I tried again thinking it was a fluke but it wasn't. Staff gave me attitude so I just turned around and walked out again without making a purchase. I have never gone to a dispensary just to wait and leave empty handed before. This business is real joke. Avoid at all costs!

I went to the Joint on Henderson Hwy yesterday and was helped by Jordan, he is the most knowledgeable employee I have met, he has all the information you will need pertaining to edibles, and is an all around awesome salesman. I will definitely be returning to that location! And I would highly recommend dealing with Jordan if available.
Terrible customer service! I spend 300 a week on cannabis for pain management, and frequently make purchases at this location. I recently bought a zippo lighter, for 60 dollars and was sold the product with the impression it was pre fueled and working.... it wasn’t. So I was sold a half working product.... when I called to see if I could make an exchange or refund, the management was RUDE, and refused to help rectify selling me a product I assumed was fully put together. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Whatever happened to putting customers first??? Hope your ignorance and need to make a sale on a lighter with no fuel for 60 is worth losing out on you 300 a week cannabis sales!
