5 stars all the way!!! Purchased a 2019 VW Tiguan With Lucas in sales and Jesse working out the details. I had put off purchasing a vehicle for years for fear of the “dealership experience”. While my experience at other dealers around town was exactly what I feared, St. James Volkswagen was nothing like I expected. You won’t find old school pushy sales tactics here. Lucas and Jesse were professional, informative and never rushed my decision. Even my two kids commented “why are these guys so normal!!” Any issues or concerns I had were addressed and dealt with. I’m so happy St. James VW was recommended to me. Thank you for taking the stress out of buying a vehicle. I am so happy with my purchase and love driving my new Tiguan ️

My experience here was not the best when I initially inquired about my vehicle, I had to make multiple trips due to incorrect information and before I met Matt, after I started dealing with him he made sure to follow up with me and got everything sorted. He kept it straight and honest throughout the entire transaction, and even after I walked out the door with my car he still follows up without being a hassle to make sure everything is going well and working as it should. I will recommend anyone going to St James VW to ask for Matt “orange” directly as well as Leo in financing, they will take very good care of you period, definitely working with them again on my next purchase.
