Excellent service and John definitely knows his stuff! Brought in an old part to match up a seal and he immediately knew what it was from and told me more than I ever knew about my tub. While the part I got was incorrect on the first try (due to me not fully taking the old one out to compare), I called John a few days later and he not only remembered me but explained what needed to be done, and gave me the extra parts needed at absolutely no cost! I highly recommend Side Lines Distribution for any spa / pool related part. His knowledge and customer service is hard to find these days. This is now my go to place. Thanks John!

By far, some of the best retail experiences you'll ever have will be at sidelines distribution. John is knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, humorous, intelligent, respectful, courteous, efficient and fair. Need a random part? No problem. He's got it in the back. Odd size hose? Got it in stock. O ring went missing? They've got you covered. Filter needs cleaning or replacing? They can help you with both options. Odd size filter? Ha! Check out the back corner. Looking for a heater? Go browse. Need a pump? Of course he's got those. Pool or spa/hot tub cover needs replacing? Obviously they've got them in stock or can special order exactly what you need from the manufacturer without batting an eye. Accessories like thermometers and lights etc? Naturally, he's got a great selection in stock. Broke your vacuum, or looking to upgrade? He's got all ranges of styles, brands and price points. Aaaaaaand, last but not least, they've got high quality chemical and enzyme treatments for every possible pool and spa requirement. The selection is unbelievable, and their prices are unbeatable. I seriously tell every pool or spa owner we know about this place lol. I have no affiliation to them whatsoever, I just ALWAYS get exceptional service everytime we go there... And THAT is sooooo rare (and much appreciated). We moved to a new house that had a pool (so we had no idea what we were doing) three years ago. We found them by complete fluke one day when we were looking for some LOCAL pool supply options (so we could use them the same day). What a hidden gem. The prices are worth going there for on their own accord, but the service, stock, and incredible knowledge depth is what makes them shine above the rest. Add in John's charisma and the welcoming small-town feel when you walk through the door, you'd swear you're walking into "Cheers" and John is the Sam Malone of pool supply bartending haha. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend this place.
John is very knowledgeable and will always put you in the right direction. lots of parts and accessories available there. Great place to shop for the hot tub enthusiast.
Good Service Good Prices
They wired my new pump incorrectly which cost me time and money to remove, repair and have installed again. He wouldn't admit it, and the owner is so hyper and self absorbed that he wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell him. I originally bought other parts to go with the pump that were incorrect, and spent more time and money fixing his mistakes. Not recommended, 0 stars should be an option
