I went yesterday. Was pushing a baby in a stroller. No one was social distancing. They had insanely loud music playing, had a live dj playing music. Felt like a club. Checkout was packed and they had three registers open. All three registers were in use and I was squished between two customers on either side. I was a couple inches beside the customers on the left and right. I didn't feel comfortable being there.

The front staff girl was so unhelpful! I asked for a specific product and she just said it should be on that wall and she pointed. I did not find it they did not carry it. The store seemed very crowded and it didn’t seem they minded so many people in the store at once. Other than that it was good. Hopefully better customer service next time.

I was looking for certain shade of lip colour which seemed to be hard to find. Kelly, one of the managers went above & beyond to help me out to find a similar product. Excellent customer service. I hate on line shopping, because there's no service. I'll definitely go back.
