Went here for a walk in and was very impressed. The doctor was extremely competent and very friendly, the wait times were reasonable, and the clinic itself is immaculate and has good COVID protocols.

I visited Dr. Sarah Chauvin for a general physical. I have never been here before. The premises are spotless and the staff is very punctual and conscientious. The location is close to the Outlet Mall as well as to many restaurants. I am glad to give my business to a new outfit.

Doctors are great, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I love my doctor there who is now our full family’s doctor and would not trade that for the world. The front staff however, are terrible. They seem very disorganized and incompetent. I’ve gone twice for an appointment for my baby only to be told my appointment was cancelled and they called and left a message. Neither myself nor my husband received a voicemail. On this second time I was met with attitude when I stated this has happened twice and if they have the correct number to reach us. When she read the number it was incorrect when I corrected her she responded with “yes that is what I said.” Very infuriating to have dealt with this TWICE and be met with attitude and that I was in the wrong. If I had received a call and/or a voicemail why would I ever CHOOSE to scramble to get myself and my baby ready to go into the doctors office - during a pandemic nonetheless - for an appointment that doesn’t exist? Editing this review to add I recently received a letter after this incident which had my number down as incorrect, when I called and told them what had recently happened they said my number was not updated. This front office worker I was dealing with was wrong, and clearly would not listen when I corrected her with the correct number. Listening skills should be essential in this role.

The doctors here are great. I've been here 3 times. The receptionists are terrible. They give you attitude for no reason. I was waiting in line patiently when I arrived. I was then asked to approach when it was my turn, only to be dismissed with her pointer finger held up telling me to wait as she chatted with the other staff working the front desk. Before I left, I asked for some information about my prescription and the same front desk staff was dismissive, gave me the wrong answer, and charged me the wrong amount. Clearly, she can't be bothered to listen and pay attention to detail. Please hire new staff for your front desk. Based on other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. It's disappointing because the doctors here are so caring, professional, and kind.

Front door says do not enter - call. Phoned twice within 10 minutes of arriving - had to leave 2 separate messages. Waited over an hour outside - no return call. Phoned again - receptionist answered. I explained I had left 2 separate messages. Said she hadn't bothered 2 check messages - no apology. Was looking for a new doctor as mine had retired. Will not be returning to Seasons. I have no issue with waiting, but this is just terrible service.

I love Dr. Keltha! However, I think the front desk should improve their customer service skills which includes empathy and communication skills. I went there for a walk-in and I needed to see exclusively my doctor and was ok with waiting but I got rolled eyes and attitude when explaining my situation. I had to leave so I asked for an appointment and did share my feedback with them and they got defensive and didnt want to listen to what I had to say.
