One of those wonderful hole-in-the-wall restaurants that seems understated in decor but has exquisite food. The bean curd rolls were perfection, and I highly recommended the eggplant in garlic and black bean sauce.

Went there tonight for the first time ever. First thing to notice is the look of the place from the outside, the chairs, the decor - terrible. And I say DON'T CHANGE A THING. I have always believed the best Chinese food you'll ever have are in the places are esthetically unappealing. I walked in the door, looked around, and said to my girlfriend - "this place is going to be awesome!" And it did not disappoint. I loved every single bite. The staff were very friendly, very courteous. I can't say enough how amazing the food was and even more so how fantastic the prices are. Best bang for your buck Chinese food I've had in Winnipeg. I will be back. REGULARLY.

This review is for their dimsum as that's what we had and did not order from the other menu. I did include pictures of both menus. After 2pm this place is a great price as it's dim sum happy hour. It has been around for a very long time. I came here as a child and they are still running. A long standing establishment that I enjoy going to. It's very much a hole in the wall place. They do not push the food on carts. You order directly off the menu, but that ensures fresh food. Our meal was 62.83 for 4 people including tea and tax.

Never had a bad meal. Price's are good to begin with and cheaper after 2 p.m. The only thing to watch out for is the temperature of the food as it comes straight from the kitchen quite often.

Fast service, Delicious food, in a very casual environment not fancy just down to business about good food. I recommend ordering extra as dim sum makes for amazing leftovers. After 2:00pm it's happy hour prices on dim sum which is nice.

Authentic place. Reasonable price. The dim sums taste really really good. They have happy hour from 2pm-10pm. My wife and I usually go to this on every other weekends.
