so I ordered from uber eats and the driver lost my order, and of course uber refuse to do anything about and terminated my online chatting when i was still talking to them. I had to walk outside 10 mins try to look for my food. then i had no other option but ordered again, then the owner called me back and asked me what's going on cause he recalled that I just had an order. I told him that the food never arrived and uber lost it. the owner then offered me free item to make up and apologized for uber!!! Holy cow now that is called customer service! a small restaurant beats a global company miles far!!!

I tried spartan Greek salad with spicy chicken. It was really delicious and fresh. I always love to try spicy chicken from here my favourite place Mr. souvlaki.

1st time ordering from here. Will never come back. Ordered the loaded pita with side of fries. Advertised as coming with a 9 inch pita. Apperently they dont make 9 inch pitas (not sure where they come up with that but wasnt gonna argue) the pita wasnt good at all. The fries were only put in the fryer for about 2 mins. Not even fully cooked. Still cold in the middle. The spicy chicken is just chicken caked in cayenne pepper. Nice and chalky. Def save your 15 bucks for something else

I had three items when I went there (I was hungry, okay!) - Gyro classic wrap - pita with hummus - lamb shank (just the meat no meal) I was most impressed with the gyro wrap but it wasn’t mind blowing. Maybe a 4 out of 5 rating for that. Flavours were nice but not fantastic. Expectedly messy to eat. The pita was not as nice in texture or taste as others I have had and the hummus was quite runny actually. 3 out of 5 stars. The lamb shank was the most disappointing. Meat was pretty tasty but not too tender, not very fresh or warm, and there was VERY little of it. 1 out of 5 stars Overall price of 20 for a lacklustre meal. Maybe it was just a bad day and on other days it is worth it but not so good experience. For the price I won’t risk another try.

I tried the lamb shank, (12) which promised delicious on the bone lamb in a rich ragout. The portions are good, but the meat was rubber. I couldn't cut it with the plastic fork and spoon they supply. I ended up splashing the table in my attempts to liberate the meat from the bone. The connective tissues were also like elastic bands. Now I'm sure the meat comes in a sauce and all staffers have to do is heat it up, usually boiled in a plastic bag then placed in a warming tray prior to service. I think they must have just dumped the meat in the warming tray and hoped for the best. The ragout was tasty, if a little thin, six carrot slices and three tomato slices. I counted no less than 8 inedible laurel leaves . the rice is plentiful and good, the Greek lemon potatoes aren't, just boiled tasteless slices. The Greek salad was fresh, but smothered with a type of ranch dressing. One would have expected a traditional salad, olive oil, garlic, lemon, oregano, feta. I let the staffer know my distaste and he did offer a refund, but I didn't bother. I won't waste my money there again, and I suggest you do the same.

Under cooked fries, still dripping will oil, the odour of the oil was awful. Also not sure why tandoori sauce was put on my Greek chicken??? My buddy got a pita.... all lettuce and no meat... will never go back!
