Very convenient to go in the garage no line up,,but once you're inside your not allowed to get out your car,,stay inside and wait till adjuster comes to you, but it seems like the guy was in a rush ask me so where's the damage took a picture didn't ask me if that's all the damage just left and come back in 5 minutes to give me estimate when I say there's more and I said you are in a rush just left right away ,,,take it easy on the costumer we're paying our insurance.

Ever time I go to MPI that’s a bad experience. I don’t why they don’t care for their customers because they know the people of Manitoba have no other option to go deal with their insurance and other stuff.
Rediculus service. Please don’t book your appointment here. Had a car claim on new vehicle. The person who hit they agree they damaged it, we saw it hitting but mpi wouldn’t agree. What a stupid place to go in and waste my time.
