Parts counter was closed for inventory but they were compassionate when I told them I came an hour out of the city and sold me what I needed!!!!!
They are super nice when another colleague is around or when they think you will get a car. They even pay your taxi for your return home after view vehicles. But if they realize you having second thoughts, they instantly change and becomeas cold, rude and inconsiderate as possible. I was victim of racism at this particular location years ago, by a technician and sales rep. Also, I only got my deposit back after making a complaint by email to the finance manager whom I believe was also the general manager.

To say the service here is exemplary, would be a gross understatement. Aislynn and Nicole went beyond the scope of their obligation to the customer to ensure a positive sale and post sale experience. I showed up at literally the end of the day near closing time to "just look" at vehicles. They stayed late to help me look at and test drive a vehicle and work through the minutiae of the transaction. Before the deal was finalized, they let me take the car home for the night. I was scheduled to return the next day to let them know what I decided. I returned with my Girlfriend because we had, incidentally, dropped off her car at the Jaguar dealer for a service at the same time. LR/Jaguar didn't have a shuttle available for her in a timely fashion, so Mini provided her with, and paid for, a cab to help get her on her way! After the transaction was completed, they detailed the car and the service guys misplaced the floor mats. Nicole provided me with a new set, without the typical displacement of responsibility onto the customer, which seems customary at most dealerships. Highly recommended!
My husband and I recently went in to purchase a new vehicle. The service was excellent! The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to engage with. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. Any concerns we had were addressed right then and there.
