Where do I even start. January 2020 repo men showed up at my house looking to collect my car (Suzanne) that I was currently making payments on... turned out they didn't even do a national lien check on the vehicle I was currently driving and it had an active lien against it from BC. I then went and got it sorted with the dealership after driving back across the prairies from Alberta in the dead of winter. They got me into a new vehicle and drove it back to Alberta, all fine and dandy. A few months later I was looking at SUVs to eventually trade up and out of the car I never even wanted (RIP Suzanne), upon new dealership inspection they noticed significant structural damage to the vehicle and they informed me that it should have been written off. All faith has been lost in this dealership and I hope they lose their license.

Warning to all who are looking for a deal, you have come to the wrong place! I purchased a 15,000.00 dollar vehicle only to spend another 8000.00 dollars on a transmission and drive train. After three days, of owning the vehicle I noticed some issues, brought it to the attention of the dealership and was told get out of my dealership. If only I checked BBB, and the reviews I would have not bought this lemon and now I am stuck with it. Please do your research. If you'd like to communicate with me, please send me an email. Within 2 days of getting the car i was having issues. Upon taking it back for their mechanic to "repair" and I got it back with more issues and more headaches. They exposed the wiring harness on my car causing thousands for me to fux and they refuse to acknowledge what they didn' was wrong. The mechanics are not competent, having to to bring me into the shop to show where they were missing clips in the fender since they didn't know. The supposed "deal" is not worth the fake safeties these guys give you.

We bought our family vehicle here and I would come here again because of the no-BS service and the value. For those experiencing car problems...buyer beware. These are used cars! Check (and question) the history. Have your mechanic check it out. Buy the warranty if you can afford it. And most importantly...if it’s not Toyota or Honda it’s probably gonna give you problems anyways. Fortunately the car we bought was from an auction, locally owned and clearly maintained according to the condition and CARFAX report. We test drove another car with the exact year and similar mileage and could tell one was better than the other (the worse one was clearly used to tow a heavy load). This is a big purchase people so please do your own diligence and don’t blame the dealer for your lack of questioning.
. Made a deal with them too hold a car. If the car was good we buy. The car should not have past safety and it drove poorly and the paint job they did was poor. Big fight to get money back had to threaten to take them to court. Money was giving your better off going to someplace that is honest.
The staffs are friendly. I have been there a number of times and the reception was awesome. And then I loved the fact that I was given enough attention until my car was fixed.
