My boiler was giving off a bad smell on the weekend. I gave Winnipeg Home Services a call and they sent a tech over right away. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a soot build up. He clearly showed me the issues instead of just telling me. He was concerned about our warmth but suggested that we book our cleaning for a weekday so that our cost could be less expensive. I am thankful for him (and the company value he has been taught) that customer comfort is more important than making extra cash.

Dealing with Winnipeg Home Services was so great! Their employees, from the phone call to the tech who came Ito my home, were polite and helpful. We had to have our main drain cleaned out and an amazing, thorough job was done. The tech who did the cleaning gave us helpful advice for what to watch and do for ongoing drain maintenance. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them again for any future needs!
