The friendliest people on earth work here. Wanted to buy my first compound bow, and really didn't know anything. Jeff made very helpful suggestions, answered all our questions (we had a LOT). I never felt like I was being 'sold' to. I was able to try different bows before purchasing, and he helped me sight in the one I bought that same visit. Really awesome shop with awesome people. Lots in stock, clean store, nice shooting lanes/area.

Great archery shop. Every staff member I have delt with is very knowledgeable and friendly. Had dealings with the owner directly and he is great to deal with. Understandable that his staff matches his care for the business. They carry a good inventory of products, archery and outdoors stuff. Range is clean and well run as well.

Great small locally owned store. Knowledgeable staff that can help you with anything archery related. Shooting range is nice with an upstairs and downstairs to shoot and have 3d targets on Fridays. Have recommended to friends and always come back happy with the service. It can become busy but worth the wait.

It's the second time I am going there, first time I went it was with my white brother in law and we had fantastic time the guy was helping us with everything also we were allowed to change the bow, year later I went with my wife that is Brown head covered and the guy didn't even talk to us not even try to help with anything he asked us if it's the first time here and mocking us with other staff I asked for a day pass and he made a funny laugh and asked me to repeat then I have mentioned that I have seen it on his website later he gave us the bow and give us instructions yelling at us and telling us that we don't understand, we got the bows and arrows later my wife wanted to change the bow he was laughing again and told us no this bow is fine, my wife got angry and left the store I went to pay the owner didn't talk or even asked why we left he was just happy that we left the store. This experience ruined our entire day, we were looking to have a good time and the whole day collapsed.

You can’t beat great service and great service is what you will receive at Heartland archery Been visiting heartland archery for several years now. Bought 2 bows from them and have always received excellent customer service and amazing support, whether it’s in bow tuning, getting new arrows or talking about different experiences from the archery world. Very good selection in bows and very knowledgeable staff. Heartland archery is the place to go!!!
