I heard about Hearing Life from a friend who bought her hearing aids at Hearing Life. I bought batteries a couple of times and mentioned to my friend that I should make an appointment for myself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My Audiologist is Heather Fletcher. She made be feel welcomed and comfortable.

Shawn is a very knowledgeable man in his field. The staff are very friendly. I did not need hearing aids but my wife did. She is in the process of getting them fitted and trying them out. Oh and I forgot to mention. Price wise its very much the same as Costco. The benefit here is you see the same person every time you step in the store.
Heather was my audiologist and she was not just very knowledgeable, she was also very patient and helpful. She explained the answers in detail to my questions. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming too. The place is nice and clean and everyone was very professional.
Very short waiting time to be seen, pleasant, calm waiting area, thorough testing with friendly explanations for each new activity, got a print out of results and received honest feedback and recommendations.
I was very pleasd with the overall examination. I felt that it was an accurate assessment of my hearing loss. Thanks to Shawn
