Jory was the individual I worked with. He took 3 months to get me basic health insurance. I recognize he was new to the firm however he did try to secretly sell me insurance from another company that he's worked with for the past 5 years...so I believe he is just unethical and unprofessional. No one communicated at any point that forms were missing, until I began to ask myself. Jory used text to communicate, I'm thankful because I now have a full transcript to report to the head office with. I recommend not working with this firm and if you do...keep a transcript!
