We started using them last year at the dental office and so glad we did! They collect small accounts for 0%, it's a no-brainer to send them the accounts and get our books caught up.

There service is garbage. they don't answer the phone call and email. if you call they ask to send email which they never answer. online portal is waste your time. March 20/2020 we received the payment for customer Dixon guy really really behind for everything i sent you guy feb 19/20 ask for reply any thing don't get any answer, they sent email to my customer on April 21/2020, after do nothing they ask for percents free money. don't use them Garbage.
We paid a retainer to have this company collect on some unpaid accounts. They have not collected any of the moneys for us. They want to escalate every account to the next level and get a higher percentage of the fees collected. Not sure why we paid the 800 plus when they cannot seem to collect at all.
Had a client walk away from their business (and debt). I understand times can be hard but they were unwilling to even do a payment plan, which Dixon ended up doing anyways. I am quick to use them again when i start seeing red flags
I used to use a law firm for the collection of accounts, but Dixon also takes smaller accounts i was writing off. Now i use them for everything. I find this less time consuming as well.
Needed accounts collected on. These people at Dixon know what they are doing. Have had multiple clients not pay. Within weeks, have had money owing payed back. Thank you
Got tired of being hung up on and being cursed at for trying to recover money people willing agreed to pay. Now I just warn them once, and then turn them over!
I own a small accounting company and have had a number of difficult client (wont pay) that is until I hired these guys ...saw results first week
