Customer service is AWFUL and TERRIBLE. NEVER dealing with this company again. Furniture is ok but personally customer service is what builds a companies reputation and I don’t like to buy from companies with bad customer service. Contacted them twice, 1 week ago still haven’t received a response.

Did a lot of research in order to choose bedroom furniture for my son. DeFehr won out. Had an inquiry which required a yes or no answer. Sent an email on the contact us page, no response. Called and left a voice mail, no return call. I guess they are doing so well that they do not need my business. Thanks to their lack of communication, my money will be spent elsewhere.

The most low quality garbage furniture I've ever seen. Almost everything we ordered came damaged. Then the replacements for the damaged parts came damaged. One of the drawers of the bedside table came with lopsided holes drilled - waited a month for a new drawer, only to have it arrive without a handle, without screws, and missing screw holes. We were left to eyeball and assume appropriate positions of the screw holes since we will be making our own holes. The other bedside table came with scratches on the back and chunks of wood missing. The first time the footboard was delivered it came with both ends damaged. The second time it was delivered it came with a chunk of wood missing from it. Don't know how they are in business. A complete joke and waste of money. It's unfortunate that I also include it was purchased at The Brick.

Ok furniture with the worst customer service and care possible. I ordered 2 beds from them in November, and they proceeded to ship me 1 bed and half of another. When replacing the damaged parts that they did send me, along with the missing parts they shipped the wrong parts for a drawer. When they finally shipped me the right replacement drawer it is without holes so basically its 2 pieces of wood i need to put together. Also note anything they do send you properly, part will not have pre-set holes or marked instructions on how far you should drill yourself ( basically nothing convenient/helpful). TLDR: Good looking modern furniture, hope you like puzzles and have a lot of time to waste.
