Buyer beware. Ryan from sales was very helpful at first, breaking everything down and showing exactly how much the dealership was making in profit. I decided to move forward with the purchase. Ryan asked me to place a 500 deposit on the car, as this is standard in the industry. I specifically asked “Is there any situation in which this deposit would not be refunded?” In which he responded “no”. That’s great, and I put it down. A couple days later I changed my mind, and requested a refund of my deposit. Although Ryan was super helpful, the sales manager Dalton made it extremely hard to get the deposit back. After a week of email exchanges, it took threatening negative reviews from my friend and I that came with me to get things moving. He told me most dealerships wouldn’t even consider a refund and that “time is money”. Out of the 5 dealerships I visited after this one, they all confirmed with me that they give the deposits back since it’s not worth the damage to their reputation. I would definitely recommend dealing with Ryan, but avoid dealing with Dalton unless you are absolutely sure of your purchase. There’s a ton of good dealerships in Winnipeg where you won’t have to deal with a situation like this, and I recommend giving those ones your business.

We liked that they were not pushy at all, and that we didn't feel any kind of pressure here. Me and my fiancé are happy that we bought our car from them.
