Went for passport photos. Who knew? Great benefit, as a plus member my wife and I each received a free set for use as employee ID photos. Our service was fast, friendly and safe!

Customer service lacking as far as poor follow up. Dealt with a rep named Ajay (not sure of sp) at St. Anne's via phone. Asked for a quote, gave him all the info, and then....nothing. Had to phone several days later to complain and ask them to do their job at a bare minimum. Still waiting for said quote....guess it's another broker now.
Great place. Good help and some really neat things on sale.
Excellent service. I have gotten passport photos, planned trips and pay my autopac at this location and have had nothing but fantastic service.
If I could give negative stars, I would. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! We were there on Monday to request an insurance quote for our cabin, since our home insurance is with CAA as the broker. The receptionist took our names and told us to have a seat. No problem. Waited a while and then a very nice woman explained to us that she couldn't do any quotes, not sure of the reason, and she gave us the card of a co-worker to call in the morning. Whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH NATALIE. She doesn't listen, is rude, and very hard to understand. It takes alot to get me worked up but when someone refuses to listen to what is being said on the phone, I have no patience for that. On more than one instance, the information that I gave her and then the information that she read back to me were completely wrong. So, I would correct her and she STILL got it wrong. In the conversations with her I was called a liar, without her actually saying the word, I was told that I was being untruthful about the property because she pulled the realtor listing. That's fine. Pull the listing. I knew they would but don't tell me I'm being untruthful about one of the buildings on the property or the wood stoves. It's a hunting cabin. No water. Was told that wasn't possible. I'm now in the process of moving my home insurance to another broker. Too bad because the woman that we had when we obtained our house insurance was amazing.
Great customer service. Good selection of travel related items for purchase. I haven't used their travel agent services but have acquired travel insurance at a reasonable rate in the past and also an international driver's permit - they made the process for both very easy.
