Dr Ghoneim is honestly no help. Each time I come with a problem he just rushes through the appointment and gives no solutions. First time I saw him, I came for contraceptive options and he told me to go and that I did not need one. I had to see another doctor before she helped me out. Unfortunately, the second time I came I had to see Ghoneim again and he rushed through the appointment as usual, literally had to force him to prescribe a blood work for me. I have never seen a doctor so unbothered about patient problems.

I love seeing Dr. Gergis every time, she is super friendly and treated me well. She is quite knowledgeable and all her treatments and suggestions worked well with me. If you are looking for a walk-in clinic for non-emergency reasons, she is the one!

Avoid Mastafa! He is an arrogant guy, he doesn’t have enough professional knowledge nor common sense and more importantly he refused to listen to his patients. I don’t know how did he get a physician licensee here in Canada or was it too easy for him to get a license in Egypt where he originally comes from and just transferred it here? Hope Canada health bureau can investigate him.

Awful! Even 1 star doesnt do its justice Ghonem or whatever his name is a one hell of a terrible doctor. He doesn't give a living hell what a patient feels, symptoms or anything. An incompetent individual who is extremely rude. Do not recommend
