Very courteous and professional. James replaced the drain valve of our dishwasher. He said that the drain valve gets clogged with debris over time. To ensure that water can flow through the drain valve, he cleaned out the valve first. The drain valve was clear of debris but it still didn’t actuate. He explained that drain valves are not repairable, and because it is defective, he should replace it. James was a pleasure to deal with.
