Ashley and Sonia were excellent to be with during these difficult times. Guided us through the process twice first with moms cancer progressing and her passing August 2020 then just last month dad passing away as well. All the information provided, paperwork was all taken care of took alot of the stresses away. Dad liked the selection and relaxed atmosphere at Alterna as we did too. He mentioned he received a few nice calls to see how he was doing and really appreciated that. Thank you

The staff at Alterna Cremation were very helpful when my sister passed away. They took all of the work and anxiety away from me in planning the cremation. They picked up the body from the hospital and returned the ashes in a timely fashion. Their rates were fair, so much so I will never use a funeral homes services again! I would definately use their services again and I recommend them to others.
