Terrible customer service, arguing about a return, then finally oh this one time only...they allowed a returned a 20 kitchen item, unused wrong size. Said oh, if you have a loyalty card we could take it back but you dont so we can’t. Several levels of management had the same argument. SERIOUSLY? You Lost a customer, well done! Would rather toss the item in the trash than waste my time for 20 bucks
