This used to be the greatest place for parts and specialty items.. now its managed by the biggest clowns I've met... save your time and go to integrity.. this place is loosing customers every day

There is good coffee always on. And most likely to have that one bearing or bolt or something that no one else will have.
Very disappointed. Brought some bearings in to be evaluated. Asked them if they were still good or needed replacement? They did not know?!! Really, who should I have taken these to..... McDonald's?? Absolutely ridiculous. They used to be good at one time.
Searched all over the city for pneumatic hoses and fittings, Florian was able to source and fulfilled all my parts need, very professional and prompt service! Thank you!
