I lived with my family in this building for 4 years. We chose this place because it was close to all what we needed (stores, schools, newcomer centers, bus routes) and its monthly rent was so reasonable. When we moved in, the building met our expectations and it was good in general. However, it became much better when the building manager was changed. The current building manager and her husband are so nice and hardworking. Lots of improvements have been made since she was appointed. Moreover, the gentleman who cleans the building is one of the most kind-hearted persons you may ever meet. Of course there were some issues while living there (such as any other place), but we wouldn't have moved out of this building if we hadn't purchased our own house.

Lived here for almost 3 years - the building is old but the units are spacious. I had a very pleasant experience with the management and they always answered my questions. Location is great and very convenient.

I lived here from Sep 2019 to Jan 2021. The management is really helpful. I lived on the 12th floor and the apartment is quite big with a lot of storage space. Balcony offers a nice view. If you want close access to downtown and good affordable living, this is a place to be.

I lived here for over 3 years. Close to downtown, walking distance to the fireworks. the staff at Windsor Tower are friendly, helpful and working non stop to make this place feel like home. Other tenants are very welcoming also.
