I have had my son and now daughter both delivered and I have never seen such respect given to patients and staff alike. The positive and encouraging words for both my wife and me were uplifting and reassuring even under a fast paced and stressful delivery. No hesitation and no lack of knowledge with a great bed side manner makes for a very memorable experience. Thank you

If you weren't stressed out enough from visiting the emergency room, the parking spots are cash-only in both emergency and general parking for the hospital. This is a serious oversight on behalf of the hospital director and should be immediately addressed as a quality of care issue. It's a big fail before you've even entered the hospital, and unnecessarily adds to patient's stress levels when arriving, or even before arriving! It's 2018 and most people 40 and under don't carry cash on their person. Are you running a Regional Hospital or are you running a Quickie-Mart?

When in there trying to get and anima because my family doctor told me to do so and did not get help twice in a row. Gotta prescription the 1st time it did not help or work or properly clear my system. Then feeling nauseous not sleeping well so on think they would run a battery of test on me to find out what could be wrong. If anything and did not.

I went in, I have a concussion. Firstly the lady at the front desk was rude while checking my blood pressure. Every single nurse & doctor I spoke to ( which wasn’t many) was rude & unhelpful. They sent me to a bed in the back & kept my curtains open for every other person in the ER to see me. They treated me with utter disrespect because I was a young adult. I hit my head off a concrete floor & all they did for me was give a pill they wouldn’t tell me the name of as I was taking it! I spoke to a doctor one & said “yup here’s some pills for ur head” never to come back & see how I’m doing. As well, before discharging the nurse who gave me my form to leave ran and threw it at me so fast, I had to call my mom & ask if I was allowed to leave because I had no clue. Also they gave me a form with an appointment on it with the wrong address! If I didn’t figure out the proper doctors myself the hospital would have made me late for my appointments! I hope one day Met Hospital hires some nurses who actually care about saving lives, gets paperwork right & doesn’t let their egos, judgment & hate get in the way. I left the hospital with a concussion having to Google how to take care of myself... I think that is terrible & it needs to change.

I just pray one day, private hospital will come and compete with public hospital. With low cost for all but 6 star hospitality medical service will be history in the making. Everything now is possible!. So, people won't suffer and wasting time only for queue. It will happen one day!
