Jason Kerr, pharmacist, constantly goes above and beyond to serve his clients. He locates difficult to find medications, speaks with physicians to arrange for scripts that are more affordable for those with no coverage. He gets ongoing scripts refilled and lets you know they are ready for pickup, all without a request. He is truly a great asset to the health care system!!

I had dealt with a major Pharmacy through various ownership's for 30 years until 2018 when I began to have problems getting my medications filled properly, and it seemed there was always a different person who seemed indifferent to my concerns. I moved to West Tecumseh Pharmacy in mid year 2019 , and have since had no problems with my medications, and I have gotten to know the folks who work there. They really seem to care about the client. I recently needed a liquid iron supplement for an iron infusion at Met hospital. The rules to acquire the supplement had changed the day of my infusion appointment. My pharmacist Jason received the script at noon for my appointment at 3:00pm that day. Within twenty minutes he was back to me with contact info at the hospital which allowed me to receive my infusion. The process for this procedure was still in flux and today Jason again tracked down the current contact to get the supplement as the process has now been finalized. I want to thank Jason for going the extra mile on this.
