Very terrible place. They don't pick calls and place you on hold for hours. trucks are available but won't give you any. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could.

Slow and disorganized. Quite well stocked for a small store thouugh. Staff are grumpy usually. Get your stuff and get out kind of atmosphere.
I like them because of their quick service and enough collection of moving accessories. Also they have enough vehicle to rent when you need them. I must recommend this U-Haul dealer shop!!
Never have I been given the run around so much by one company in one day. Booked storage for my Fifth Wheel. Website confirmed that the space is reserved and available. Show up to this location to sign paperwork. Employee tells me that the site where I am to store my vehicle is closed and there is nothing he can do. Contact customer service, who called the district manager and both confirmed the location is open and there is no reason I cannot put my trailer at the site. District manager said to go back to customer service location. Go back to location, different employee is now working - this employee also says that they cannot store anything and the location is closed. So now, two trips to the same location with no help from your employees at all. Talk about passing the buck!! If you need storage of anything - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!! THANKS FOR NOTHING U-HAUL
Horrible customer service, was kept on hold for over an hour without an explanation, called back only to be told by an agent that shes with another customer as if I was not a customer, had to cancel order but my info was nowhere to be found even after I had provided my details for over 15mins. I dont recommend such customer service to anybody else, hopefully things improve on their end.
