Extremely good for a mall food court. One of my favourite spots to grab a quick meal. The food is always made fresh and most dishes are absolutely amazing! Great value for the money. The staff is always nice and very accommodating. The Pad Sew and the Soy Garlic Chicken Stir Fry are my favourites!

Great food with huge portions. The only place at the mall where you can get freshly prepared food that's cooked right in front of you. The owner is great too.

I actually love the food here, haven't been able to visit since the pandemic but hoping to come again soon. They make the food so fast and take your tastes into account based on the level of spice you want. I usually go for the pad see ew with Shrimp or even tofu! I highly recommend it. As well as the red curry. It was really good :)
Pad thai taste was good and the portion they served was fulfilling, Take out container was small and easy to carry. Great step towards the green environment.
The food from Thai express is great, the customer service though is another thing. The manager of Thai mall restaurant continues to leave me unimpressed and overwhelmed by his lack of professionalism... and general kindness. Having worked in customer service for the last decade I am well rehearsed in proper customer service etiquette, this man does not possess even the basics. Having excused his poor ability to “tolerate” communicating with me, a paying customer, for the last few visits I made to his place of employment because the food was actually quite good, today was enough. I will not be back. The man who identified himself as the manager rolled his eyes at me a number of time, was obviously irritated by my wanting to order something that he was not understanding, giving off a condescending attitude and inability to show any professionalism until I voiced to him that I wanted to leave a review of my experience today. It wasn’t until he realized I wasn’t going to just accept his behaviour that he seemed regretful.
