Tony and his team are amazing! The atmosphere is professional yet still very comfortable. He’s been helping my family for years and would recommend 100%!

The Gentlemens Choice; With no disrespect to the lady who wrote the review below mine, my experience was 100% different. The staff is always there to help, and assist when needed. Tony the owner is one of the best in the business......definitely the best in Windsor. All of the staff, are professional and helpful to the extreme. I could not recommend this place any better. They truly want all of their clients to get better, so they can start enjoying life again. Even when my befits were temporarily cancelled, they continued to treat me. top shelf all the way. loyally yoursbelow Kurtis K. Cullen

I do not recommend this place of business to anyone. They were below average when it came to customer service, and they waited after I completed multiple treatments to tell me my coverage ran out. They told me day one that they were going to monitor it for me and let me know the instant it ran out that of which did not happen. Instead, they do a treatment, send me to their office manager, and tell me out of no where that I owe them 300?... That's a hefty bill to lay on a young adult who disclosed weeks previous that she is losing her job. I am laid off and have had extreme anxiety and stress due to my injuries and life situation. If I wasn't being laid off, I would have been putting in a leave of absence to take care of my body and health. So back to my bill... 300 is easily what 5 treatments? They didn't think that it was important to tell me the first instant they knew? They waited after FIVE TREATMENTS? The office manager claims to have sent me something in the mail but why wouldn't they have the decency and respect like any other clinic to hmm tell me when I arrive for my weekly appointments or CALL ME?! I was beyond upset as you can imagine, and do not recommend a place of business that would cripple somebody financially for their own financial gain. That is extremely inhumane so I would not work with these people if you are looking to get better. If you chose to then don't trust them or maybe any practitioner for that matter to have your back. I have other practitioners I see that do not have direct billings so I handle the billing, and know what I have left because I take care of it. This business completely took advantage of me and have completely lost my respect. Go somewhere else.

I agree with the unprofessional billing. I have full coverage. They didnt put it thru and we actually called them about that. They said they only bill every month and not to worry. Just trying to help them and they weren't to interested. I stopped going because it was a lot of waiting (4-6 people all booked at the same time waiting for one therapist) and repetition of things I could do at home. 6 months later I get a bill in the mail for 100% the costs. What happened to \we take care of everything\? I have more than enough coverage, everyone else bills on the spot and gets paid. Why cant they do it? Don't know but its unprofessional and counter to what they promised they do. They could have called and said \we are having trouble can we please confirm your insurance info\. That would have been the appropriate action. To send a bill in the mail 6 months later stating \pay and submit to your provider\ ... the lazy approach.
