Terrible service. They were supposed to send a nurse everyday to check on my father, but they only showed up once. They state that they will send a nurse over, but the nurse never shows up. They then proceed to tell you that they are short staffed and that was the reason for the nurse not being able to make it. Why tell the patient that you will send someone over when they the nurses themselves do not even show up? If you're short staffed, tell the patient that you are short staffed and that the nurse may not be able to come to see you. Four out of five times we were told they would send someone over and only once did the nurse show up. My father had to go into emergency twice because the nurse did not show up like they said they would. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Terrible health care provider. Avoid at all costs. My Mother was left to rely on the hospital for care because they do not show up and they use the excuse \we are under staffed\. Anyone who works for them should be ashamed!

Not Impressed. I drove 1/2 an hour because they were supposed to put an IV in my mother. I phoned in advance to confirm and they never called me back so I assumed it was still on. Wrong! Got to the nursing home and they said they called them and canceled! I never got a call to say it was off. I drove 1 hour total for nothing!
